Alex Belford leads operational strategy and delivery at BCR Associates, ensuring the business operates efficiently, scales sustainably, and consistently delivers exceptional value to clients. With over 25 years’ experience across recruitment, SaaS, and customer success, he brings a wealth of expertise in commercial growth, team leadership, and client-centric operations.

Before joining BCR Associates, Alex held senior positions within several technology companies during their scale-up phases. He has built and led high-performing teams that have driven measurable impact across Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development.

Alex began his career in recruitment, where he held multi-site leadership roles and launched new business units across the UK. He later co-founded a software coding school aimed at addressing the digital skills gap, demonstrating his enduring commitment to innovation, talent development, and solving complex social and commercial challenges.

At BCR Associates, Alex works in close partnership with the senior leadership team to align operations with strategic objectives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his family, often watching his children play rugby, football, and cricket. He is passionate about the outdoors and can frequently be found walking the dogs along the beaches and moors of the Southwest of England.
