Client Support Manager

We're looking for a Client Support Manager to join our client support team based at our head office in Exeter. The role is full-time and office-based at present.

The role

At BCR Associates we're passionate about the importance of customer service to our overarching business model and believe that our award-winning customer service levels are vital to retaining clients and attracting new business. We're looking for someone to maintain these standards that make us a centre of excellence for procurement consultancy.

The successful candidate would assist with the implementation of and deliver the 2022 client support program by providing support to Network and Direct members and their clients. You would be working with the Head of Client Support to carry out our engagement strategy and assist the client through-out the lifetime of their journey with us. 

Essential criteria for the role

  • Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills
  • A working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 would be an advantage


  • Working towards a customer services NVQ
