Kirsten Thomas joined BCR Associates in 2017 as a Client Support Manager, bringing over 17 years of experience in customer service from large corporates such as National Rail and Severn Trent Water. She was promoted to Relationship Manager in March 2020 and then to Senior Commercial Sales Manager in May 2022, focusing on larger clients.
Kirsten excels in client interactions and is passionate about delivering a fully managed service, providing tailored solutions to meet individual business requirements. As the business landscape evolves to achieve Net Zero, she is motivated to help businesses manage their energy portfolios more effectively, minimising consumption, reducing emissions, and improving energy efficiency.
She manages several larger multi-site clients across various industry sectors, predominantly in hospitality, leisure, and professional services. Kirsten holds a degree in History from Bangor University and has a five-year-old Labrador named Oscar. She enjoys outdoor activities such as kayaking, hiking, and paddle boarding. Kirsten has completed the Three Peaks Challenge and is currently working towards climbing all 214 Wainwrights.
