Meet the Team

Gemma is passionate about sustainability and thrives on helping clients find innovative solutions to reduce their energy consumption and environmental impact. She holds a master’s degree in chemistry from Bristol and brings two years of experience in her current role, specialising in sustainability and energy efficiency. Before joining the consulting team, Gemma worked in BCR's client support department, gaining valuable insight into client needs and service delivery.

Her recent projects include conducting energy audits and crafting carbon reduction plans for sectors including hospitality and transport. With a focus on actionable outcomes, Gemma ensures that businesses not only meet regulatory standards but also benefit from cost savings and improved energy performance.

Outside of work, Gemma enjoys scuba diving, combining her love for the ocean with a passion for reef conservation. She’s also an avid sewer, enjoying the creativity and craftsmanship involved in her projects.
