Client Support Director

Heather’s career in customer service and client management has spanned 19 years and included working at BT for over six years. She is Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 5 qualified in Management and Leadership and has been instrumental in helping BCR Associates to achieve award-winning levels of customer service.

At BCR Associates, Heather leads the client support function, overseeing contract submission, project management and implementation, as well as providing a full after-sales support service and handling the day-to-day management of contracts.

Heather demonstrates a hands-on, systematic approach and takes pride in being thorough and getting to the route of problems. She excels in taking the stress away from clients, project managing any issues through to a successful resolution. Additionally, Heather proactively manages our clients’ contracts, constantly monitoring their portfolios for overspend, implementing upgrades and service changes. This process of maximising the return on clients’ products and helping them achieve optimal efficiency ensures that we continually provide the best solution for our clients, whichever direction their business may take.

Amongst Heather’s recent projects she has managed a smart meter roll out for 120 sites for a car rental company, worked with a chain of care homes to resolve a two-year issue with VAT reduction and consolidated a complicated energy portfolio with a value of almost £2m for one of our packaging clients.

When she’s not a work, Heather puts her project management skills to good use and has been renovating her home for the past 2 years. She loves to cook and shares her passion by baking cakes for the office for us all to enjoy. She also dotes on her 3 adorable cats and puppy called Conker!
