Complaints procedure

As with most businesses, there will be times when things don’t go to plan and, despite our best efforts, you may wish to register a complaint with us.

For all complaints, we strive to resolve the issue appropriately and professionally and to the satisfaction of our clients. We take a positive approach to dealing with complaints as they can be an effective way for us to learn by experience and to improve our standards of service delivery.

However, cases where a client feels that their dispute has not been rectified completely and to their satisfaction, then BCR Associates requests that the client should follow our complaints procedure. The aim of this process is to provide a framework by which people wishing to complain to us can do so easily and BCR Associates commit to dealing with complaints quickly and fairly.
