Prior to joining BCR Associates, Christopher held senior positions including Head of Field Services at Roc Technologies, where he was responsible for leading operational teams and maintaining service excellence across complex environments. He is known for his loyal and dedicated approach, combining methodical thinking with a results-driven mindset, always placing the customer at the centre of everything he does.
Outside of work, Christopher is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and son. He is a keen film enthusiast, a casual runner, and regularly practices martial arts alongside his two daughters, valuing discipline, balance, and continuous personal development.
