Client Support Manager

As a Client Support Manager, Jade’s main role is to provide ongoing support and deliver a fully managed service to her clients. Jade works closely with BCR’S relationship management team to ensure a unified approach and that the clients’ needs are at the forefront of everything we do. Jade’s role includes contract execution and management, liaising with suppliers on the clients’ behalf and proactively managing accounts dealing with billing issues, faults, renewals, meter reads, mobile reporting and more.

Prior to Jade’s current role, Jade started BCR Associates as a Client Support Administrator. During this role, Jade was responsible for providing administrative support to the client support team by managing contracts within the CRM, general data management and payment checking, this has provided Jade with a good foundation for her current position.

When Jade isn’t at work, or seeing friends or family, Jade likes to enjoy the outdoors from visiting stately homes to playing badminton, or just hanging out with her 7 dogs and binge-watching real-life crime documentaries.
