This recognition is especially meaningful given that EcoVadis has assessed over 150,000 companies worldwide, yet only a select number receive certification—not all companies are awarded medals on their first assessment, making this a notable accomplishment.

Our inclusion alongside globally recognised brands such as Johnson & Johnson, Virgin, HSBC, GSK, Nestlé, Rolls-Royce, Unilever, and Hitachi, to name but a few, highlights the prestige of this certification and affirms our commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

What Is EcoVadis Certification?

Next Steps Towards the Silver Medal

To progress from the 69th to the 85th percentile and qualify for the Silver Medal, we are focusing on the following initiatives:

• ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Certifications: These will reinforce our quality and environmental management systems.
• Waste Management: We aim to improve waste policies and secure detailed energy consumption data through closer collaboration with landlords.
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): We are developing targeted actions and documentation to enhance our Labour & Human Rights score, particularly around discrimination and harassment.

To support our sustainability goals, we are launching a comprehensive training programme for all staff:
