20 Years of BCR Associates: Looking Back, Looking Ahead

This year is a special one for us at BCR Associates, we’re celebrating our 20th anniversary.

Back in 2005, our founder, Richard Dormer, set out with a clear idea: to give businesses straightforward, independent advice that would help them work smarter, cut through complexity, and save money. What started as a small consultancy focused on energy procurement and other key services soon grew into something much bigger.

Today, we’re proud to be a multi-award-winning procurement and Net Zero consultancy, supporting clients all over the UK. We help businesses to control costs, reduce emissions, and make meaningful progress towards their sustainability goals.

A Journey of Growth and Recognition

Our story has always been about evolving with the needs of our clients. In the early years, that meant helping with energy, communications, and insurance. As the landscape changed, so did we – broadening our expertise into energy management, efficiency solutions, and finance.

Along the way, we’ve been fortunate to pick up a number of industry awards that recognise the difference we make. And recently, achieving EcoVadis accreditation and becoming a Certified B Corporation (B Corp) have been proud milestones for us – reflecting our commitment to doing business responsibly and sustainably.
