Business Leader Customer Excellence Award
BCR Associates Ltd have been named winner of the Customer Excellence category as part of the Business Leader awards which took place at Aston Gate Stadium in Bristol on Thursday 26th September. BCR Associates was recognised for its commitment to delivering excellent customer service levels and demonstrates a hands-on approach to supporting clients with cost and risk management. As procurement specialists, BCR Associates take a proactive approach to the management of energy, telecoms, insurance and business supplies contracts, making sure that clients are signing the right terms and conditions for their business. Clients of BCR Associates benefit from immediate access to a dedicated support team member as well as a designated account manager to ensure that the client experience is a positive one.
The Business Leader awards attract a wide range of entries from across all sectors from large organisations to dynamic and innovative SMEs. Now in its 7th year, award entrants are judged by an independent panel of experts and with over 220 award entries across 18 categories this year, the bar was set to an extremely high standard.

BCR Associates and our sister company BCR Energy & Carbon Services have recently achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications for which we are extremely proud.
ISO 9001 is a worldwide standard that requires that certified organisations implement robust Quality Management systems reaching across all areas of the business, ensuring that quality and excellence is maintained throughout and improvements are continually sought.
At BCR-ECS our ethos has always been to demonstrate best practice both in the advice we give to businesses and the way in which our own organisation is run. The ISO 9001 certification is therefore a reflection of the principles that underpin our company.
The ISO 14001 certification provides a framework for companies to implement an effective Environmental Management system. This structure helps certified organisations to mitigate their negative environmental impact, comply with relevant regulations and continue to make improvements into the future.

Cost Management Consulting Firm of the Year 2017
BCR Associates is excited to announce that it has been named winner for the Cost Management Consulting Firm of the Year as part of the Global Awards in association with Corporate International. This award represents excellence in both expertise and service within cost management over the last 12 months.
Corporate INTL is a business magazine and adviser portal, communicating to business leaders and decision makers in the finance and advisory communities worldwide, with a circulation of over 70,000 individuals globally and a database of over 1 million business leaders, financiers, and advisers worldwide. They first launched their annual awards in 2008, the awards mark excellence for the world’s leading advisers and financiers in an array of countries and continents.
