Richard Dormer founded BCR Associates in 2005 after beginning his working life in the offshore industry and large pharmaceutical businesses. Having been an advocate for efficiency and speaker on future risks to business for many years, Richard has developed BCR associates to provide a practical service for SME Net Zero ambitions.

As the majority owner and Managing Director of an SME, and business mentor, Richard has a unique understanding of the challenges you face and has spend 20 years working with other professionals to bring important services and associations to deliver the right solutions for your business. The dedicated Head Office team which Richard leads, prides itself on the advice, guidance and support given to clients across the UK.

When Richard is not in the office he enjoys spending time with his family, sailing, mountain biking and mentoring start up and growth businesses.
