Richard Dormer founded BCR Associates in 2005 after beginning his working life in the oil industry and has a keen interest in business efficiency and the energy market. Over the last 11 years he has awarded a number of franchises to like-minded business people to extend the reach of BCR Associates' cost and risk management services nationally. As the majority owner and Managing Director of an SME, and a business mentor, Richard has a unique understanding of the challenges you face and has partnered with an exclusive panel of suppliers, other professional services and associations to bring you the right solution for your business. The dedicated Head Office team (the franchisor) which Richard leads, prides itself on personal and innovative methods to deliver real value to your business through its extensive business network.
When Richard is not in the office he enjoys spending time with his family, sailing and climbing and mentoring start up and growth businesses.
