Meet the team
After finishing a degree in History at Bangor University, Kirsten started her career in Customer Service. With over 12 years’ experience, during which time she managed a sales support team for three years, Kirsten worked for large corporates such as National Rail and Severn Trent Water, before joining BCR Associates as Client Support Manager in 2017.
In March 2020, Kirsten was promoted to Relationship Manager. Having worked for 2.5 years in a client-facing role at BCR Associates she has extensive knowledge of the full range of services that we offer and an in-depth understanding of the challenges that businesses face on a regular basis, e.g. faults, complaints and billing issues. Kirsten excels in interacting with clients and is passionate about delivering a fully managed service to businesses and providing solutions that meet their individual requirements.
Kirsten has managed a number of key projects including the phased transfer of a large, multi-site telecoms portfolio for a large care home group, and successfully delivering a leased line to an engineering company within two weeks, as well as managing the implementation of its new, large telecoms infrastructure. She works with a wide range of industry sectors but predominantly in the professional services, medical, care and veterinary arena.
Kirsten has a two-year-old Labrador called Oscar and also enjoys a range of outdoor activities from kayaking to hiking. She can proudly say she’s completed the Three Peaks Challenge and is currently working towards climbing all 214 Wainwrights (over several years)!
