Heather Lowry

Head of Client Support

Heather studied up to NVQ level 3 in Business Administration whilst embarking on a career in customer service and client management, which has spanned 14 years and includes working at BT for over six years.

Heather leads the client support function at BCR Associates, overseeing contract submission, project management and implementation, as well as providing a full after-sales support service and handling the day-to-day management of contracts.

Heather demonstrates a hands-on, systematic approach and takes pride in being thorough and getting to the route of problems. She excels in taking the stress away from clients, project managing any issues through to a successful resolution. Additionally, Heather proactively manages our clients’ contracts, constantly monitoring their portfolios for overspend, implementing upgrades and service changes. This process of maximising the return on clients’ products and helping them achieve optimal efficiency ensures that we continually provide the best solution for our clients, whichever direction their business may take.

Amongst Heather’s recent projects have been managing the roll-out of a large, complicated portfolio of almost 200 mobiles, working with a chain of care homes to resolve a two year issue with VAT reduction and helping a client to reduce their gas bill by 85%.

In her spare time, Heather enjoys yoga and running and has taken part in the ‘Great West Run’ for the last two years. Heather has a love for cooking and shares her passion by baking cakes for the office for us all to enjoy. She also dotes on her two adorable kittens!
