Customer Services Manager
Before Heather joined BCR Associates, she studied Business Administration and has over 14 years' experience in customer service and client management. As part of Heather’s role as Direct Relationship Support Manager, Heather provides after sales support, project management of executing contracts and systems and fault and complaints management.
Heather has a hands on, systematic approach and thrives on improving systems and efficiencies. Heather takes pride in being thorough and getting to the route of problems, resolving issues and dealing with suppliers on our client’s behalf. As an example, Heather has recently worked with a chain of care homes to resolve a two year issue with VAT reduction.
In her spare time, Heather enjoys yoga and running and has taken part in the ‘Great West Run’ for the last two years. Heather has a love for cooking and shares her passion by baking cakes for the office for us all to enjoy.
