Client Support Manager
Emma joined BCR Associates in 2021 as a Client Support Manager. Emma’s main role is to provide ongoing support and deliver a fully managed service to our clients. Emma works closely with our relationship management team to ensure a unified approach and the clients’ needs are at the forefront of everything we do. Emma’s role includes contract execution and management, liaising with suppliers on the clients’ behalf and proactively managing accounts dealing with billing issues, faults, renewals, meter reads, mobile reporting and more.
Since leaving university, Emma has acquired over six years’ experience working within the customer service industry. Emma provides excellent customer service and understands what is needed to support her clients effectively. Her proactive approach to managing multiple tasks and attention to detail makes Emma a valuable asset to BCR Associates.
Emma is a trained water sports instructor and loves all water sports including sailing, windsurfing and paddle boarding. When Emma is not in the water she can be found exploring the South West Coast Path on foot.
