Meet the Team

As a Senior Client Support Manager Bee’s main role is to work alongside our relationship management team and provide clients with ongoing after sales assistance to help ensure the delivery of our fully managed service. From executing contracts, liaising with suppliers to managing and resolving faults or issues, Bee’s aim is to provide outstanding customer service and add value to her customers by proactively managing their accounts and needs in an efficient and timely manner.

Having previously worked as an Account Manager, Bee is experienced in working with clients from different industry sectors and managing their different needs and tasks at the same time.

Bee loves to play netball and is captain of her team who play in the Exeter Netball League. Bee has a keen interested in the environment after studying History at University, Bee focused on the History in the Anthropocene which looked at the history of human-influenced climate change and the ongoing impact this has on our environment. When Bee isn’t playing netball or saving the environment, Bee is a self-confessed bookworm.
